RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We will gladly accept returns however, there is a 25% restocking fee on any merchandise returned to Flydingo.com. Before you return you merchandise make sure to obtain an RMA authorization number with a company representative. You will need this in order to return your merchandise. If you have recieved damaged merchandise you must report it to us ( Flydingo.com) within Three (3) business days. All merchandise sold on Flydingo.com is insured for the total purchase price. Sometimes mistakes do happen and if for some reason you recieve the wrong merchandise Flydingo.com will gladly return it without a restocking fee. However, if you recieve exactly what you ordered a restocking fee of 25% will still apply. The return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer unless the order was recieved in error.
If customers refuses shipment of an order there will be a minimum 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are NON-Refundable. This applies to all packages that are shipped back to us if the customer refuses the package, is not available for several days for delivery or the provided address is not correct. If this is the scenario, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
If the customer decides not to have the item reshipped, they will charged with a 20% restocking fee.
